Marty Gervais Presents, Poetry Series: Oct. 24

For over fifty years, Marty Gervais has been a force in the Writing Community of Essex County. From his work with the Windsor Star, and writing local history books like Rumrunners and Five Days Walking Five Towns, to publishing hundreds of authors' works as the editor and publisher of Black Moss Press—not to mention his work at the University of Windsor, where he has inspired future generations of writers, and launched many careers—he has had a great impact on our literary community.

The River Bookshop team is overjoyed to welcome Marty Gervais as host to our new poetry series, "Marty Gervais Presents," taking place upstairs in the newly renovated Hole in the Wall.
