We’re very excited to be hosting local author Vanessa Shields for a Book Signing on Saturday, October 17th. Vanessa will be in the bookshop from 4:00-5:30 signing her new book, WE THE MOURNERS, as part of her book tour. Books will be for sale.
About the Book:
WE THE MOURNERS is a long form poem negotiating the spiritual and corporeal paradoxes of life and death. It offers an alternative to our deepest, darkest pain by honouring the power of letting it go, and mourning our suffering together.
