Welcome to the 2023 season of Sunday Story Time! We're back, and our first story time reader of the year will be local musician Kara Kaufmann. This Sunday, January 22nd, Kara will enchant the audience with a live performance of original songs from her new album, “Dino Lullabies,” and a few storybooks, of course!
On January 29th, local children’s author Mary Cole will join us for a reading of her newest book, “The Wind: Friend or Foe.” This charming book teaches children to overcome their fears and has great messages about nature and the environment. Mary is excited to visit with us!
Also on the horizon:
February 5th, 2023: In celebration of Black History Month, Cari-Lynn Ristic, Amherstburg Freedom Museum Board Director, will read a selection of titles related to the Black experience. She is sure to educate and inspire your little ones.
