ART ALLEY - ANOTHER REASON TO VISIT AMHERSTBURG
When Colleen and Richard Peddie purchased 67 Richmond (River Bookshop) and 248 Ramsay (The Panetteria building) they also inherited a very small alley. Long a lover of art alleys, they commissioned graffiti artists David Creed and Derkz to paint 3 murals.
In September 2023, they teamed up with alley neighbours Dan Gemus and Bethany D’Alimonte, and volunteers from the Gibson Gallery, to launch Amherstburg’s first Art Crawl starting in Art Alley.

SAVE THE DATE: MEET THE ARTIST JULY 19TH
At noon on July 19, starting at Hotel STRY, three new murals will be officially unveiled in Art Alley, bringing the total art installations to 23. Meet the artists and hear their story:
- Dennis and Dylan White: “A Canadian Perspective”
- Jermaine Baylis: “Voices of the North”
- Kevin Burdick: “Art is the Answer”

KIDS ART CONTEST, WINNERS REVEAL
